Detailed infrastructure and evidence base studies and preparation of a Supplementary Planning Document to support potential land assembly and regeneration of the North Quay area in Great Yarmouth. A package of detailed studies/assessments will need to be prepared, including: transport/highways assessment, flood risk & drainage assessment, ground conditions survey, topographical survey, ecological survey, landscape survey, archaeological assessment.
