NHS England (the Contracting Authority) London Region is inviting expressions of interest from suitable provider of Primary Care GP Services to undertake a GP Clinical system caretaking contract in London for North West London Medical Centre, 56 Maida Vale, W9 1PP based in London Borough of London Borough of Westminster. The GP at the North West London Medical Centre has informed NHS England that he will retire on 31st March 2017. The GP is a single-handed contract holder, the contract he holds with NHS England will terminate on 31 March 2017.
