The Provider is required to undertake the movement of bodies from the place of death to the specified hospital mortuary / funeral home on the direction of a Police Officer (or other person authorised by the HM Coroner). At times the Provider will be required to arrange the movement and storage of bodies prior to transportation to a designated hospital mortuary and should therefore have the appropriate storage facilities.
