Providers are invited to complete an Invitation to Tender (referred to from now on as ITT) outlining their bid for Carers Services. The Provider will develop and provide Countywide services which enable Carers in Northamptonshire to maintain a balance between caring responsibilities and leading a fulfilling life outside of their caring role. The target population are adult Carers who are caring for either a vulnerable adult or disabled child in an unpaid capacity. The expectations from Provider(s) will be to provide value for money and attract external funds to meet growing demand and unmet need.
