This portal will have 3 key functions: Information; Advice; E-marketplace. This Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) is expected to be open ended with a minimum commitment of 5 years. It shall be a condition of the JVA that the Partners shall deliver the portal through a joint venture vehicle owned by both Partners.
