This VEAT notice is to inform the market of the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (CBMDC) intention to enter into a 5 year contract for the support and maintenance and a change to a hosted solution of the Northgate system. CBMDC procured the Northgate system via a perpetual licensing model, with significant capital investment. There are no on-going costs associated with licencing. The on-going costs are associated with support & maintenance and hosting charges. The Northgate contract is a direct agreement with Northgate Public Services the owner of the IPR.
