Works are to be carried out to part of the Northolt Road Estate consisting of 7 blocks which range in dates from 1950's to 1980s. The four older blocks are of a reinforced concrete frame construction with felted flat roofs the later blocks being of cavity brick with pitched felted roofs with vertical tiled sections at the upper level and level drying areas.
