Demolition Works at various sites within Northampton. NOTE: The tender documents contain sensitive information about the demolition of some sites. Therefore, bidders must complete and return the non-disclosure agreement attached to the procurement portal before being given access to the tender documents. NPH wishes to appoint a demolition contractor for a period of two years plus an option to extend for a further two years.
