NRW is seeking to award a contract for the supply of an All Wales contract delivering FM Soft Service provision to all FFM Managed sites. The full specification is at Annex 1 Specification of Requirements, of this ITT. The purpose of the requirement is cover routine, reactive, periodic and specialist cleaning of all Natural Resources Wales (NRW) offices and depots across Wales. Alongside the core element of cleaning the contract will provide for adhoc and static guarding. Therefore this contract will ensure our sites are clean, pest free and secure.
