(NU/1036) The Provision of Coaching Services

Typically 120+ staff members are coached annually at Newcastle University and the challenge for us is to direct this extensive programme of coaching in such a way that it is professionally and ethically delivered, of a very high standard and is cost effective, and we are keen to work with well-regarded coaches in partnership to do this. To this end we employ a tendering process to ensure that we to select the most effective coaches and achieve best value for money for the University.
