The scope of the contract is to: i. Survey the site before fabrication or purchase of any equipment and fittings to ensure equipment and fittings will fit. ii. Provide a general arrangement drawing and all necessary information, including services and setting out details, in order for the Newcastle University Estates Department / Main Contractor to complete his works. The Newcastle University Estates Department / Main Contractor will terminate all services within 1 metre of the final required connection, using an appropriate outlet, socket or valve. iii.
