NU/1268 Formative and Summative project evaluation

CFNE seeks to commission a partner organisation to deliver the project evaluation. The evaluation will adopt a formative and summative approach with reports produced at the mid and end points of the project. The evaluation will: • report on the project's performance and impacts (i.e. jobs created, SMEs assisted with innovation interventions, and business improvement in SMEs); • assess the progress made towards achieving the overall goal of the project and the level of success achieved in relation to the project's primary objectives; in particular this will focus upon stimulating and meeting the demand for innovation-based activities and outcomes; securing private sector engagement and '…
