NUN - NBBC & NWBC General Maintenance Framework

Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council are responsible for open areas accessible by the public, including car parks, paved areas in both town centres and open spaces throughout Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough. As a result the Council have a duty to ensure these areas are maintained at a satisfactory level for the public to use and access. This also includes street furniture. This agreement is also accessible for North Warwickshire Borough Council (NWBC) although the majority of the works/services shall be for Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council (NBBC).
