Provision of fencing services for the councils housing stock and for public areas across the district. North West Leicestershire District Council own and manage 4,300 homes for social rent and over 600 garages and garage sites available for lease. Homes range in size from one to five bedrooms and from houses to flats and sheltered accommodation with varied outside spaces. We also maintain all the district council's parks and open spaces; 155 hectares of open space, as well as being responsible for other public areas within the district.
