Housing & Care 21 has over 3500 employees, with an average of 13.7% day's absence per employee within the last 12 month period. This includes both short term and long term sickness, with short term at 3.5% days absent per employee. An Occupational Health service is vital in assisting Housing and Care 21 in managing the sickness absence (both short term and long term) within the organisation and to provide assistance with pre-employment health checks prior to candidates commencing employment.
