What the buyer wrote

The Big Lottery Fund (the Fund) is seeking to procure one provider, with national coverage to deliver comprehensive joined-up occupational health service and employee assistance programme to help minimise sickness absence, support our staff and managers appropriately with health issues. In addition they should provide counselling and advice services particularly related to mental ill health. It is important that both divisions of the provider work together to deliver a joined-up service where employees referred to occupational health may be identified to receive employee assistance programme services, if appropriate.
