The S106 agreement for the site states that 40% or 340 units are Social Housing. Oxford City Council has entered into a Development Agreement with the LLP to purchase all of the Social Housing. These are then sold simultaneously by the Council to Oxford City Housing (Investment) Ltd t/a OX Place, which is a wholly owned subsidiary company of the Council.
