The contract will be split into two geographic areas as follows: • Lot 1 Midlands • Lot 2 East and South of England The contract for the provision of the service is expected to commence on 1st June 2018. The Contracts for both Lots will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years (on a 1 + 1 basis) based on acceptable performance in line with the KPIs.
