The University wish to purchase a vacuum deposition tool to enable complex multilayer OLED fabrication and encapsulation. Full fabrication in glovebox is a requirement. Facility for co-evaporation of three different materials is required as is a sample shutter system/wedge tool to allow control of layer thickness across a substrate. Multiple substrate masks are required as is substrate rotation. Varied materials deposition will be required so a mixture of deposition crucibles and an e-beam source are required.
