The service required of the Architect will be to provide Architectural and Lead designer roles to develop the detailed planning stage information into a full RIBA Stage 4 detailed design for delivery of the project. The Architect will be retained by EBC to carry out a compliance and design checking service and to respond to main contractor site and design queries.
