**The Services awarded off the Open Framework will commence from the 1/4/2019 however to allow the form to work a contract start date after the closing of tenders is required. The closing date has been given as 31/12/2023 however if the option to extend is taken this will also be extended to allow new providers to join in this period** The Open Framework For The Provision Of Public Health Services has been developed by Hampshire County Council to meet the demand of providing community based Public Health services over the next 5-7 years.
