Operator For Helston Museum

Cornwall Council seeks to appoint a suitably experienced Operator to operate and manage Helston Museum in Helston, Cornwall under a lease and management contract with a revenue grant from Cornwall Council not exceeding £45,000 per annum, subject to the Council's annual budget settlement. The lease and management agreement is for a period of up to 10 years subject to performance. The Council wishes to see the Operator continue to enhance the reputation of the museum and the visitor experience, leading to a greater diversity of users and increased visitor numbers over the term of the Contract.
