West Lancashire Borough Council invites tenders for the provision of a detailed appraisal of the options available, including but not limited to the establishment of a Development Company or Companies or hybrid structure(s), designed to achieve the objectives summarised below. The Council has experience of small- and medium-scale development for both commercial and residential purposes and wishes to explore the options for undertaking greater work in these areas to support the Council's priorities and to generate income.
