This is needed as part of a Risk Management strategy around Covid 19, and will minimise the required number of visits from OCCG staff to Jubilee House, Oxford, whilst at the same time improving the warrantied stock of lap-tops. It will also assist in reducing the productivity down time of staff during the process.
