Birmingham City Council are inviting organisations to tender for the provision of temporary accommodation for citizens who are homeless and for other families who have No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) who are also homeless. The provision of temporary accommodation will be provided through a private sector leasing (PSL) scheme. It is proposed that there will be both a block contract agreement (Lot 1) and a framework contract (Lot 2) established for the provision of this accommodation through this procurement.
