P0391 - The Repair, Maintenance and Major Refurbishments of Lifts in Housing, Council Buildings and Schools

Birmingham City Council is seeking for organisations to tender for a framework agreement for the repair and maintenance of lifts, disability platform lifts and patient lifting hoists in Council buildings housing properties and schools including major refurbishments and new installations in existing buildings. The agreement will commence 1st April 2018 for a period of 4 years with an option to extend for up to 2 years, subject to satisfactory provider performance.
