P0409R - Marketing And Communications Services Framework Agreement

Birmingham City Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of marketing and communications partners who are able to support in the delivery of significant campaigns for both itself and for the use of other contracting bodies. The Framework Agreement will last for four years (unless terminated under agreement provisions).
