P0416 - Procurement of a Partner for Birmingham Smithfield

Birmingham City Council is seeking a development/investment partner with the relevant experience, capability and resources to deliver the Birmingham Smithfield development scheme located in the heart of the city centre. It is proposed that the Council and the selected private sector partner will create a partnering structure through a contractual Joint Venture Agreement that will align the parties goals and provide a mechanism for the development to be delivered.
