This PIN is published in respect of a Framework Agreement for the delivery of small new and refurbishment construction works projects. It is proposed that the framework will consist of three Lots. The overall volume and value of work that will be procured through the Framework will be dependent on the Clients requirements, works programmes and budgets. The Pan Government Collaborative Small Works Framework 2024 Information Bulletin, issued with this PIN, provide further information on the proposed Framework.
