Leicester City Council (the Authority) invites Tenders for the provision of highway signage consultants as part of the Legible Leicester project. The aim of the Legible Leicester project is to deliver a comprehensive and integrated wayfinding, transport and visitor information system, as well as to develop a city identity to shape the use of typography, colour and other design elements within the system.
