PAN1372 - Waterside Primary School Consultancy Support

Leicester City Council is progressing with the redevelopment of a 15 acre site which is phase 1 of the wider regeneration of the Waterside. The scheme will see the area transformed into residential led and mixed use environment. As part of the Waterside Project there is a need for a new Waterside primary school, a commitment set out in the City Mayor's manifesto amongst his ambition to create over 2500 primary school places. Maber Architects have produced an initial site appraisal study of several sites, which presents an analysis of each site and potential approaches going forwards.
