PAN2189 - Removal of Abandoned Equine from Leicester City Council Land

Leicester City Council wishes to appoint a Supplier with suitable and experienced bailiffs to remove equines from its land under the provisions (and observing requirements) of the Animals Act 1971, Control of Horses Act 2015 and other relevant legislation and local byelaws.
