Wandsworth Borough Council, on behalf of itself and the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (together known as "the Authorities"), is inviting tenders from suitably experienced and competent suppliers for the provision of on-street parking enforcement services in the London Borough of Wandsworth and the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.
