Parkview Upgrade Works

Nature: The works comprise the refurbishment and upgrade work to the Ashfield and Heathlands Units at Parkview Clinic, Moseley. With regards to the works on the Ashfield Unit, the contractor is advised that the unit will be vacated in terms of patients, however staff will still occupy a number of the adjoining rooms. Possession of Ashfield will be on commencement of the works on site. With regards to the works on the Heathlands Unit, the same will be still in use by both Patients, Staff and the public.
