Party wall and Valuations Surveying Services

Newark and Sherwood District Council are currently developing a series of sites over the next 2-3 years. We are looking to appoint a Surveying practice to undertake party wall and valuations services for the next phase of the HRA Build Programme plus additional one-off sites as required over a 12-month period. Most sites, which the council are currently developing, are on brownfield land, often garage sites owned by Newark and Sherwood District Council, although some sites, which are on the open market for sale, may be considered.
