Our previous Call-Off Payroll contract commenced 1 April 2013 and ran for 7 years i.e. up until 31 March 2020. Contract was let under Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework – Payroll, Human Resources and Finance (PHRF) – RM887. Logica (who subsequently became CGI) were awarded the framework agreement in November 2011. CGI were the sole Supplier. CCS framework expired November 2015 without a replacement framework agreement in place.
