What the buyer wrote
THIS IS A "CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE" - THIS TENDER IS NOW CLOSED. The outputs from this work (Discovery & Alpha Phases) will either inform a decision to proceed with an updated business case to secure funding from DHSC for the Beta Phase and support costs or, less likely, a decision will be made not to proceed further with the project. The Beta Phase will be subject to a further open tender.
Bid for this and lost? There is a short window in which the decision can be questioned.
