The Business Lincolnshire Growth Hub and the LEP has identified the need for enhanced provision of support to provide peer support and mentoring provision for 'scale up' businesses. The Supplier will design, develop and deliver; Each mentee will receive • 6 x 1-hour personal mentor meetings • 2 x group action learning groups Mentors will be chosen from successful business people from the region, who have run a successful SME so that they relate to the challenges faced by scale up SMEs.
