Portsmouth City Council is inviting suitably qualified and experienced provider organisations, to register on a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of services to support Personal Health Budget (PHB) third party budget management. The DPS will commence on 1st March 2017 and will operate for a four year period. During that time suppliers can choose to discontinue being involved and new ones can be included, at any time.
