Staffordshire County Council would like to invite Suppliers who are committed to providing high quality Personalised Support and Care services, that promote independence and lead to an improved quality of life that enables Service Users to be able to remain in their own home for as long as possible and to achieve and maintain their autonomy, independence, personal identity and assessed outcomes.
