Public health England (PHE) is seeking to partner with an Agency (Supplier) who can support the delivery of PHE objectives in Ethiopia (Lot 1) and / or Zambia (Lot 2). PHE has committed over the coming years (until 2021) to work with the federal government of Ethiopia and Zambia on International Health Regulations 2005 (IHR) compliance, as part of its IHR Strengthening Project.
