Public Health England (PHE), also referred to as the 'Authority', is looking to appoint a contractor to undertake the refurbishment works to CL2 laboratories at PHE 61 Colindale Avenue, Colindale, London, NW9 5EQ. This tender is to set up a Framework Agreement that PHE can call off for works associated with Design & Build of Containment Level 2 Laboratory Refurbishment at Colindale. The Framework shall be awarded for a 3 year period with an option to extend for two further periods of 12 months.
