The Houses of Parliament wish to give notice of a potential contract opportunity for a system to support the operation of the employee performance appraisal process. The employee appraisal system is the minimum requirement, but the system will also be required to support and integrate talent management applications including learning management, competency assessment tools, 360 degree feedback, career management and possibly e-recruitment.
