Place Strategy and Investment Plan for Newark on Trent

The Council is clear that it is seeking a coherent, cohesive, and over-arching Strategy and Investment Plan for the long-term future of the Town (town centre and wider catchment). The strategy needs to be evidenced based and clearly articulate a long-term vision, specific objectives (having regard to the Towns Fund prospectus) and costed interventions (short, medium and long-term).
