The Authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier, multi-Lot Framework for the acquisition of Planned and Responsive Repairs and Maintenance Contractors by its Members and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies within the North East, Cumbria and North Yorkshire. The Framework is split into 9 Lots: Lot 1: Plumbing & Heating Lot 2: Kitchens Lot 3: Electrical Lot 4: Roofing Lot 5: Painting & Decorating Lot 6: Windows & Doors Lot 7: Flooring Lot 8: General Building Lot 9: Complete Service Provision
