Project Description The work required under this contract is for the planned maintenance of Swindon Borough Council housing properties in the Railway Village. The Railway Village is a Conservation Area. This imposes restrictions on the materials and components used in the buildings. Consequently the maintenance of the buildings needs to be carried out sensitively and with an understanding of the buildings and the methods used in their construction.
