1.8.01 - Kitchen Replacements & Rewire of Kitchens Each year of the contract term the contractor is required to carry out the design and installation of approximately 500 domestic kitchens (inset sink, units, worktops, tiles, decorations) and rewire of the kitchen as per the specification at appendix 3. The properties requiring works will be in council owned properties managed by Landlord Services. The work will include arranging access, surveying the property, designing the kitchen layout and or locations of electrical sockets, obtain approval for the design from the Contract Administrator prior to commencement of any work.
