Plant Growth Rooms

Plant Growth Cabinets are required to grow plants and associated microorganisms in defined environments and soil conditions. Environmental parameter values for temperature vapour pressure deficit (relative humidity), CO2 concentration and light intensity will be controlled to cause stress or to induce physiological responses to the plants or plant x microbe combinations. Four cabinets are required to allow multifactorial experiments under different environments, e.g. two temperatures x two CO2 concentrations.
