The Council is committed to implementing a new finance system (Unit4) due to go live before Sept 2025 when the current finance system is switched off. Embridge Consulting initially carried out a standalone piece of work early in the project (awarded via G-Cloud). Since completion of the initial work, it has come to light that additional resource is required to ensure a smooth transition onto the new system. South Kesteven DC intend to award a new contract with Embridge Consulting as they are a recognised partner of Unit 4 and already have knowledge of this specific project so would be able to provide consistency in work.
