Portsmouth Area Framework Agreement for the Design, Supply and Installation of Photovoltaic (PV) Panels

PLEASE NOTE: CLARIFICATIONS HAVE BEEN ISSUED FOR THIS PROJECT. Portsmouth City Council, hereinafter referred to as the 'Employer' wishes to enter into a multiple supplier Framework Agreement which will be used to appoint 'Specialist suppliers' to complete individual projects ranging from £4,000 (though some projects may be below this value) to £250,000 in contract value via a competitive process. Although individual contract values are unlikely to exceed £250,000 there will be no cap on the maximum value of any project that can be tendered through the Framework Agreement.
